Course Rules

IMG SOS COURSES ARE SCHEDULED BASED ON A MUTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CANDIDATE AND THE TUTOR.


CANCELLATION OF ANY SESSION SHOULD BE IN WRITING (EMAIL IS ACCEPTED) AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SESSION.


SHORT NOTICE OR FAILURE TO GIVE A NOTIFICATION WILL RESULT IN THE SESSION CONSIDERED GIVEN.


THE SESSIONS CONTENT OR MATERIALS MUST NOT BE SHARED WITH ANYONE WITHOUT THE COMPANY’S CONSENT.


COURSE EXTENSIONS AND/OR RE-ENROLMENT MUST NOT BE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM THE TUTOR. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PROCESSED WITH THE ADMIN STAFF OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE.


COURSE REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 WORKING DAYS OF A CANCELLATION REQUEST.


FURTHER SERVICE MAY NOT BE OFFERED BY IMG SOS FOR CLIENTS WITH A CANCELLATION HISTORY.


REFUNDS ARE APPLY ONLY TO THE COURSE HOURS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN DONE OR A SUBSCRIPTION REMAINING TIME.


THE MATERIALS ACCESS COST WILL BE DEDUCTED IN THE CASE OF A REFUND. THE MATERIAL COST MAY BE WAIVED IF A STUDENT HASN’T ACCESSED THE MATERIAL OR USED LESS THAN 10%.


ADMIN FEE APPLIES WITH A COURSE CANCELLATION.


THE COURSES ARE MAINLY DELIVERED VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE OR SKYPE. SOME COURSES ARE DELIVERED AT OUR CENTRE IN MELBOURNE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.


THE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION HALF-DAY COURSES ARE ORGANISED MAINLY IN MELBOURNE. IT CAN BE ORGANISED OCCASIONALLY IN SYDNEY SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND THE COMPANY’S POLICY.


PRICES FOR THE STUDENTS BASED OVERSEAS ARE 10% HIGHER THAN THE LOCAL STUDENTS. THE NET AMOUNT TO PAY IS SHOWN CLEARLY ON THE PAYMENT PAGE BEFORE PAYMENT.


THE DETAILS INCLUDED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY. THE SPECIFIC COURSE OFFER DETAILS ARE PROVIDED IN THE OFFER LETTER WE SEND TO APPLICANTS.
