You can cancel your enrolment and receive a pro-rata refund within the course’s first two weeks.
A pro-rata refund is processed within 30 business days of course cancellation/downgrade.
If you are on a payment plan, the automatic debit will continue until outstanding fees are cleared.
The material’s access cost will be deducted but may be waived if a student hasn’t accessed it or used less than 20% of the material.
The completed classes will be calculated based on the short course’s hourly rate, not the discounted price of the larger packages.
If a discount were provided during enrolment, it would be deducted from the refund.
A course completion certificate won’t be issued when a course is discontinued.
A second cancellation is not allowed.
Course discontinuation may affect your future enrolment in exam preparation courses and your chances of receiving offers from IMG SOS.
Doing sessions with your tutor(s) in the future (or paying them directly for any service) in the absence of IMG SOS is strictly prohibited. It may result in legal liability and a recovery action by the company.
