IMG SOS runs a proven one-on-one ANZCA Primary & Final fellowship exam preparation program designed to help trainees pass on their first attempt. With tailored lessons via Zoom or MS Teams, we guide registrars through exam skills, technique, and high-yield content.

Position

ANZCA Exam Tutor (Fellow level – FANZCA required)
Type: Casual, paid per session
Hours: Approx. 2 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Mode: Online — Zoom or MS Teams
Start: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one sessions (Primary or Final ANZCA exam focus) to registrars via Zoom or MS Teams
  • Provide tailored tutoring, including structured feedback, exam technique coaching (MCQ, SAQ, vivas), and time management strategies 
  • Guide candidates through case scenarios, identify knowledge gaps, and reinforce foundational principles
  • Monitor each trainee’s progress, offering insightful assessments and action plans
  • Collaborate with the IMG SOS team to maintain consistent, high-quality tutoring standards
Selection Criteria
  • Fellow of ANZCA (FANZCA) – mandatory
  • Current or recent experience as an ANZCA consultant, with mastery of Primary and Final exam formats and expectations 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with registrars
  • Experience in teaching or mentoring, ideally with doctors
  • Proficient in Zoom or MS Teams, able to schedule flexible evening/weekend hours
