Getting paid by a current/former IMG SOS student directly or accepting referrals in the absence of IMG SOS is strictly prohibited and may result in legal recovery action against the tutor. The company has a firm stance on extensions and referrals. Course extensions or new referrals must be directed to the company. Any attempt to solicit, canvass or interfere with IMG SOS students or their referrals is deemed illegal and will be pursued without hesitancy.

You must keep all the company’s training materials and resources confidential. You must not share these materials with anyone outside the company or use them for any purpose other than training our students. You must also respect and protect the company’s intellectual property rights.

The Tutor agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to those arising from the Tutor’s use or distribution of unauthorized intellectual property, as well as any claims brought by students or third parties against the Tutor in connection with their services. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement.

The offered rate is inclusive of superannuation if you are working as an employee and exclusive of GST if you are working as a contractor.

The employee/contractor agrees to protect and not disclose, replicate, or utilise the company’s intellectual property, business model, processes, and any other materials or instructions provided by the company, except as required for the performance of their duties. This obligation extends to any confidential information or proprietary knowledge obtained during the course of engagement and shall continue after the termination of employment or contract.
